Preorders:
Preorders may be revised within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed, as production and fulfillment planning will already be underway.
Standard Orders:
For regular in-stock items, orders can be revised within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in processing and we won’t be able to make changes or cancellations.

If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees. Please note, we do not offer returns on final sale items.
